Will you take on a list of small jobs?
Yes, that is one of the most useful things I do. Send the full list and I will often complete several small jobs together in a single visit, which is usually better value than booking them one at a time.
Can you fix a leaking tap?
Minor plumbing such as tap washers and replacements is fine. Work on gas, electrical supplies or complex plumbing must be carried out by a certified tradesperson, and I will refer you to one where needed.
Do you do emergency callouts?
I am not an emergency service, but if you have an urgent repair I will do my best to help or point you to someone who can attend quickly. For genuine emergencies involving gas, electrics or water, contact the relevant emergency service first.
